Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed a good long weekend.

For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts;

Tuesday: running and circuit training (we will switch to running and plyometrics the following week)

Thursday: roller skiing with specific strength (we will switch to running and ski striding after this week)

We will be starting our Saturday workout after the Road Relay. We will roller ski on Saturday in September. In October, we will add our Monday workouts.
