Hello everyone, good work in getting well prepared for today's race and keeping a good focus during the event. Overall, I thought it was a great day for the team in this first official race of the season.
The plan for the week;
Monday: team meeting at 4:00 to discuss the future of the Ski Team sport psychology program.
Individual meeting with Tracey as well as some classic skiing with some speed work
