Training this week

I hope you enjoyed the great summer weather on Sunday :-)

Here is the training for this week:

Tuesday at 4: running, circuit training and strength assessments with Sam (3:40-5:40)

Wednesday at 4: yoga with Jessica

Thursday at 4: running test on Heckle Hill. Meet at 4:00 at the Yukon Electric Gazebo.

Saturday to Wednesday: Atlin Camp

Sample Training Week 12 hours 

Monday:  1:00 roller skiing with core strength
Tuesday:  2:00 (running-circuit-running)
Wednesday: yoga with an 1:00 hour run before or after
Thursday: 1:45 (hour run, running test and cool down)
Friday:  rest day
Saturday: 1:30 hour roller ski session - 0:45 running and strength test
Sunday: 4:00 hours (hiking)
