For team training this week, the following is planned;
Tuesday: meet at the parking area on the Mine Haul Rd. near Heakell Hill at 4 pm. The first running test of the season will take place.
Thursday: strength testing from 4-6 in the race office.
Trip update
Here in Southern Europe, the weather has been unusually warm as well. Every day has been the same, blue sky, hot and sunny. It feels like more of the same for the rest of our trip. We started our trip by traveling for a week in southern Spain. We are now spending a week in Southern Portugal. We will end our trip by visiting northern Morocco. See you soon. Take care. Alain
