Training

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is healthy and training is going well for all.

Good work on the first 2 tests of the season this past week (thanks to Amanda for forwarding the results). I will upload the results as a new page on the Blog when I have access to my computer.

Here is the training schedule for this week;

Tuesday: Roller skiing with specific strength

Thursday: running and circuit training
