training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well and that you all enjoyed the great summer weather of the last week or so in the Yukon.

For team training this week, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday: running and circuit training at 4:00

Thursday: roller skiing including agility, balance, video and specific strength

Next week, we will resume with strength testing on Tuesday and the running test on Thursday.

Our next roller ski camp will take place on August 25-26-27.
