Training this week

Thanks for a great roller ski camp everyone. Sorry for my late arrival on Friday morning.

I hope your return to school today was a great one :-)

For team training this week, we will do the following:

Tuesday: running and circuit training

Thursday: roller skiing including agility, balance and speed as well as specific strength.
