Holiday Training Schedule

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is enjoying been home with family and friends.

Here is the Training schedule for the holiday;

Dec. 26 (Alain leaving for Europe for the Tour de Ski, will try to provide regular updates)

option 1; participate in the 2.4 hours Challenge organize by the WCCSC
                            2.4 Hours of Light

Come out to work off all the turkey! Set a goal and see how many laps you can ski from noon to 2:24 pm on Boxing Day. If you're interested in volunteering at this event please contact Sarah at 335-0192

option 1; Amanda will organize a sprint qualification simulation. 

11:30 am 1.5 km skate qualification at 15 sec. int. start in the stadium

12:30 pm 1.5 km classic qualification at 15 sec. int. start on the same course

Dec. 28 

Come and support the WCCSC as they try to organize a fun time trial and need the support of the ski community to continue organizing these events, Ask your friends, family to come out for a fun evening  race. Skiathlon 4 X 2 km with equipment exchange every 2 km.

Team to fly to Whistler for NORAM
