Tuesday: sport pay. with Tracey and speed work
Thursday: sport pay. with Tracey with intensity workout (Alain and Amanda will be gone for the NORAM in BC)
Saturday: Skill Fest

Finally, good work to everyone who tried out for the selection races last weekend. The CCY HP Committee reviewed the selection criteria and the points and the following skiers will be nominated for the Western Canadian Championships Team in January.

Cross-Country Yukon Names Western Canadian Championships Team
Following the weekend of selection races on November 26
and 27, Cross Country Yukon has named the team members who are selected for the
Western Canadian Championships
The following athletes have met the selection standards to
be name to the team. The 2011 Western Canadian Championships will take place in
Canmore, Alberta from January 2-23.
