Hello everyone, I hope you have enjoyed the warm weather of the last few days. It was another great day for the Yukon skiers at the NORAM races in BC.
Dahria won the Junior Women's race in classic while Knute was second in the Junior Men's race. Complete results on www.zone4.ca
For team training this week;
Monday: ski in skating and do speed work (2 sets of speed)
Tuesday: ski in classic with specific strength
Thursday: ski in classic and do intensity
Saturday: Long slow ski on the Valley Trails
On Tuesday Dec. 20, we will have a Ski Team Christmas get together from 4-6 pm. More details to follow.
