Monday: skate ski with strength (sign up for valentine's race on white board). Alain is off to Turkey until Feb 29th.
Tuesday: sign up for the ski club's valentine race by 4:00 if you are doing it.(on white board).
6:00 start. (details on race board in wax room).

Wednesday: let Amanda know by noon if you want her to sign you up for Mt Lorne race on Saturday and if you want to do different distances than race invite. (info posted in wax room and www.mountlorne.yk.net)
Thursday: Classic ski with speed 4:00-5:30
5:30pm: Arctic Winter Games parent and athlete meeting in banquet room.
Saturday: Mt Lorne Ski Race. 12:00 start.
