Team Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well and enjoyed a good weekend.

For team practice this week, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday at 4: review the video from Thursday followed by running and circuit training.

Thursday at 4: roller skiing including specific strength. Location to be decided depending on the status of the Hamilton Blvd. repair situation.
