Training this week

Hello everyone, thank you very much to all of you who took part in the camp in Atlin this past weekend. It was a fantastic camp and you all work very hard and you should be proud.  This week will be an easy recovery week. For training, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday at 4: running and strength and potentially functional assessment evaluation.

Thursday: no team practice.You can go on your own or in small group for a roller ski.

Make sure you use this week as an easy recovery week to recover from the camp.
