Training this week

Hello everyone, good work to everyone on trying hard to make improvement to your technique, I am seeing some good improvement since May. Keep up the hard work.

For training this week, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday: running and plyometrics (50 sec. on/30 sec. rest/ for 3 sets). After training, Blue Squad skiers can meet with Jan Downing to talk about the community camp in November.

Thursday: It will be our last Heakell Hill Test of the season. Meet at 4 pm at the corner of Fish Lake Rd. and the Mine Haul Road at 4pm.

Saturday: Roller skiing from the CGC parking lot at 11 am. We will be doing specific strength and take some video.
