Training this week

Hello everyone, as you know we are going to start our regular Monday training session tomorrow. Please let me know if you won't be able to attend.

Here is the training schedule for this week;

Monday: individual athlete meeting in the wax-room from 4-6. Skiers can go for a run before and after their scheduled meeting. Please let me know if you will be unavailable as it will be helpful making the schedule. Thank you. Alain

Tuesday: running and plyometrics. Meet at the wax-room and be ready to start the warm-up at 4 pm.

Tuesday from 6:30 pm - 9 pm: Squad night at Coast Mountain Sports.

Wednesday at 7 pm: WCCSC AGM at Mt-Mac.

Thursday: running and interval training with poles. Meet at the wax-room and be ready to start the warm-up at 4 pm.

Saturday: roller skiing with video and specific strength. Meet at the roller ski container and be ready to start the workout at 11 am.

Make sure you start bringing extra clothes for training as the temperature is slowly cooling down. Gloves and a hat will become useful to stay warm and avoid sickness. Alain
