Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed the great weekend weather! For those of you in the Bike Relay, I hope you all had fun :-)
For team training this week, we will be doing the following;
- Tuesday: Roller skiing, we will be doing some video technique (one skate) at the E.S. School on our way up to the Hamilton Blvd. Extension, followed by some specific strength.
- Wednesday: Our last yoga session with Jessica from 4-5 pm :(
Strength technique session with Sam at 5:15 in the Race Office for the 2000-2001
- Thursday: running followed by circuit training
Following week (June 27):
- Heakell Hill Run on Tuesday the 28th at 4:00 pm
- Atlin Camp from Wednesday June 29 - July 3
