Hello everyone, I hope you all had a good weekend. Good luck this week as the classes will end and the exams will begin. The end is near :-)
For training this week, we will be doing the following:
Tuesday: roller skiing including some agility drills in the school parking lot and some specific strength on the Hamilton Blvd Extension. (make sure to wear your roller ski t-shirt).
Wednesday: yoga from 4-5 pm followed by some strength technique with the 2002 in the Race Office at 5:15 (Romeo, Victor, Ben, Sasha, Derek, Sonjaa, Dahlia, Alli).
Thursday: running followed by circuit training in the Race Office.
Saturday: Bike relay, enjoy everyone!
Upcoming activities: training camp in Atlin. We will depart Whitehorse on June 29 around 8:00 am and be back in Whitehorse on July 3 in mid-afternoon. I will send the complete info next week.
