For team training this week, we will be doing the following workouts:
Tuesday Aug 9: roller skiing including some agility work at ES School and some specific strength on the Hamilton Blvd. extension:
5 min of double polling only
followed by 5 min of skating legs only
5 min of double polling only
followed by 5 min of skating legs only
5 min of double polling only
followed by 5 min of skating legs only
5 min of double polling only
followed by 5 min of skating legs only
Thursday Aug 4: running and circuit training in the race office
