Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you are all ready to start school this week. It has been a great summer of training and I am looking forward to a great fall of team training :-)

For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts;

Tuesday at 4:00: roller skiing with specific strength and video

Thursday at 4:00: running and circuit training in the Race Office

* Note that after the Road Relay weekend (9-10), we will be starting our Saturday workouts from 11:00 am -1:00 pm. We will switch our roller skiing session to the Saturday on September 17. We will then be doing plyometric on Tuesday and interval running with poles on Thursday.
