For team training this week, we will be doing the following workouts:
Tuesday at 4 pm: running with circuit training in the Race Office (1:00 running - 0:45 min circuit 15 min run)
Thursday at 4 pm: roller skiing with agility, video and specific strength.
Next week before our roller ski camp, we will be doing the strength and running test on the Tuesday and the Thursday. We will leave for the camp on Friday morning and be back on the Sunday afternoon.

Saturday: 1:30 hour roller ski session - 0:45 strength
Sunday: 3:00 hours (hiking)
