Good work everyone in Saturday's skate race and thank you for the snow shovelling that you did last week that made it possible to have a race Saturday.
This week will be busy with a Tim Horton's relay on Tuesday at 5:00 (with Christmas theme dress up) on Tuesday followed by the Family Christmas Gathering in the Grey Mountain Room upstair at 5:30.
Monday at 4: sport psychology with Tracey as well as speed work in skating.
Tuesday at 4: help set up the Tim Horton's ski course followed by a relay and a Christmas gathering.
Thursday at 4: race prep and ski prep. More details on the race format and race course later this week base on snow conditions.
Saturday at 12.00: Second Don Sumanik race.
