Happy New Year everyone

I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year with lots of great skiing to come in 2018!

I will be leaving for Quebec on January 2 to visit my family for a day before the start of the World Junior trials that will begin in Mt-Ste-Anne next weekend. Amanda and the athletes attending (Natalie-Hannah D and Amanda T) will travel on Jan. 4 to get to the event.

Lois, Jean-Francois and Scott will be at training next week.  We will return on the 10th from the races.

It looks like the temperatures will warm up nicely this week to allow for some skate skiing and intensity training to take place :-)

Training until the AWG Trials:

Tuesday Jan 2 at 4.00 pm: ski in skating and do some intensity in zone 3-4

Thursday Jan 4 at 4.00 pm: ski in skating and do some speed

Saturday Jan 6 at 11.00 am: ski in classic and do a time trial

Monday Jan 8 at 4.00 pm: ski in skating and do some speed

Tuesday Jan 9 at 4.00 pm: ski in skating and do some intensity

Thursday Jan 11 at 4.00 pm: ski in classic and prepare race skis for AWG Trials.

Saturday Jan 13-14 at 11.00 am: AWG trials (classic and skate)
