I hope some of you were able to enjoy the Hut to Hut event today and the warmer temperatures.
For team training this week, we will do the following:
Monday at 4.00: ski in classic and do some speed. A reminder that there will be an AWG meeting at 5:30 for athletes in the Race Office.
Tuesday at 4.00: ski in skating and work on downhills. Skiers leaving for the Ski Nationals on Wednesday will travel wax and pack all their skis at 5:30 pm.
Thursday at 4.00: ski in skating and do some intensity.
Saturday: no team practice because fo the Yukon Ski Marathon.
