I hope you all had a great weekend including those of you who took part in the bike relay on Saturday.
For practice this week, we will be doing the following workout:
Tuesday at 4 pm: roller skiing including some agility and balance work at the E.S. School followed by some specific strength on the Hamilton Blvd. Extension.
Thursday at 4 pm: Meet at the Gazebo on the Mine Haul Road at 4:00 for the Heckle Hill Test. We will be done around 5:45.
I will be sending the complete information for the Atlin Camp on Tuesday. We will be leaving for the camp on Monday June 25th in the morning at 8:30 am and be back in Whitehorse on Friday June 29th around 3:00 pm.
So far I have heard from the following athletes who will not be able to attend the camp: Isla, Bella, Jude and Curtis. If anyone else will be unable to attend the camp, please let me know.
