First update from the 2019 Ski Nationals

I hope everyone in Whitehorse is enjoying the great spring weather the Yukon has enjoyed recently.

The skiers from the Whitehorse Ski Club started the Championships well today with the first race of the Championships. The race took place in classic with the interval start format.

All of the Whitehorse skiers did well and we hope it is a sign of more good results to come for the rest of the Championships.

Tomorrow the skiers will compete in the pursuit styles format using today's results as their starting position. It is always a really exciting race format as this year will be no exception with huge number of skiers in each of the race start.
