All Squad event this Saturday and Besh Cup Trip

Hi

We will be doing all squad relay's on Saturday.  Everyone will be entered on a team.   Can you let me know asap if you can't make it to squad this Saturday Dec 3rd so we can shuffle the teams around.

This is only to indicate interest, not to fully commit yet.   It says to indicate how much you are willing to spend for the trip, but please don't get scared off by any dollar figures that are up on the spreadsheet.   It was only to get a sense of the max amount parents are willing to shell out.
The plan is to make this trip as cost effective as possible.  We can brainstorm lots of fundraising opportunities, potential lottery applications ($200 per athlete), and hopefully get some cheap accommodations (sleeping in a school on foamies??). This would be 2 days of racing (Saturday and Sunday).
