Team training this week

Hello everyone, thank you to all the parents and skiers who came to help out for the trail work on the Skyline Trail on Saturday.

For team training this week, we will be doing the following;

Tuesday 4 pm: running followed by plyometrics at Telemark Hill.

Thursday 4 pm: running followed by ski striding intensity (including video session). Please bring running poles.

Saturday 11:00 am: roller skiing and specific strength (including video session)
