Training this week

Hello everyone, here is the training schedule for this week;

Tuesday 4 pm: running and plyometric.

Thursday 4 pm: Heakell Hill run followed by Selection criteria review at 6 pm in the Race Office. I will send the draft selection document tomorrow night.

Saturday 11 am: Roller skiing including technique review and specific strength workout.
