We will start Team training on Monday next week

Hello everyone, as planned, we will be starting to meet each Monday for team training.

Training for next week;

Monday 4 pm: Roller skiing including specific strength and video

Tuesday 4 pm: running and plyometric

Thursday 4 pm: running with intensity (ski striding)

Saturday and Monday: we will not have team training during the Thanksgiving weekend.
