Hello everyone, for team training this week, we will be doing the following workouts;
Tuesday 4 pm: running followed by strength training (plyometrics)
Thursday 4 pm: running including intensity with poles
We will now be roller skiing on Saturdays at 11 am starting after the Road Relay this Saturday.and the trail clearing the following Saturday on Skyline Trail.
Fundraising Opportunity: Montessori Borealis preschool is offering CCY a chance at fundraising for ski expenses by cleaning the preschool once a week. Wendy Shanks (Eliza's mom) will coordinate a schedule of cleaning. Last year it was $25 an hour for 2 hours a week (on weekend at your convenience). Funds go directly to your athlete account. If you want to commit to this please contact Wendy atwshanks@northwestel.net by SUNDAY SEPT 9th with your contact info including phone number.

Volunteer: most squad parents already volunteer for skiing in some capacity. We ask that every parent do a volunteer job to help make skiing happen for your child. Please sign up on the volunteer list at:

-go to documents at top of page
-in documents go to CCY Volunteer Jobs and pick your job! (one job per child in squad)
