Hello everyone, just an update on training for the weekend and for the upcoming sport psychology for the coming week.
The plan for Saturday was to have an all Squad activity but with the current temperature, that plan may change (stay tuned for news from the coaches).
At 12:00, the projector will be on in the wax room for the broadcast of the final of the sprints from the World Cup in Quebec City.
As for sport psychology, Tracey would like to proceed with individual meetings on Saturday and on Monday (see the proposed schedule).
