As for team practice this week and next, here is the schedule;
Monday: Sport psychology with Tracey for the skiers going to the Western and speed work
Tuesday: specific strength
Wednesday: Team leaving for the Western
Thursday: no team practice
Saturday: NWTEL Loppet (early deadline registration is tomorrow)
Monday: Speed work for Green and Blue in Whitehorse with Jean-Francois
Tuesday: Team from the Western is back in Whitehorse
Wednesday: deadline to let Amanda know if you want to go in the Yukon Championships on Saturday
Thursday: intensity workout
Saturday: Yukon Championships
I will be away at the World Nordic Ski Championships for the next two weeks. I will send regular updates through the blog to update the team on the progress from our two Yukon skiers, Emily and Graham Nishikawa.
Lois took part in her first race at the World Master's Championships today in Asiago and finished 3rd in the 15 skate race in her age group.
