Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed a great weekend. For training this week, we will be doing the following;
Tuesday: running and circuit training
Thursday: roller skiing with specific strength
Saturday and Sunday: Training camp. We will leave from Mt-Mac at 6 am Saturday to drive to the summit. We will be back on Sunday before dinner.
I will send the complete info later this week after we access the weather and decide on the activities for the weekend.
