CCY Family Halloween Night

6:30 Sat Oct 26th
ski club wax room

Please Bring:
- a main course or a salad to share with others.
- CCY will supply the paper plates and utensils
- a headlamp to walk and run between the outside stations
- your Halloween costume that is easy to run in and wear warm clothes underneath.  (mitts/toques etc.. as will be outside in dark for about an hour)
- siblings and family....please do not drop off your children, siblings should stay with a parent.  The outside event is organized for Orange squad level to be able to complete.  Please take that into consideration if you are having younger siblings participate.

CCY will provide: veggie platters, cold drinks, bread, dessert and paper plates and utensils.

On a different note-- over the last few months, the CCY board has been going through a review of its staff contracts and staff responsibilities (myself as head coach of the Yukon Ski Team and Head Sport Coordinator and Amanda as Assistant Sport Coordinator).  The orange, purple and green squads and their volunteer coaches continue to grow and as a result, Amanda will focus her time on Tuesday and Saturday practices to these programs. On Monday and Thursday, Amanda will continue to attend the Blue Squad practices. Amanda will continue to travel with the Blue Squad to all major race events and will cover Blue Squad duties when I am away at National or International events.  My responsibilities will continue as before as head coach and head sport coordinator of the program. Please let me know if you have any questions. Alain
