Training this week/Squad volunteer jobs posted for parents

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. As planned, we will start our Saturday workouts this week. Here is the schedule;

Tuesday 4 pm: running and plyometrics

Thursday 4 pm: running and ski striding intensity (bring your short running poles)

Saturday 11 am: roller skiing with specific strength

As the temperatures are getting cooler each week, make sure you bring a warm up top for the workouts as well as your water bottle.
