Team Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you have all warmed up and dried up from the workout earlier today at the camp. Thanks to all of you who attended the camp this weekend. It was a great camp.

For training this week, we will do the following workouts;

Tuesday: roller skiing with specific strength

Thursday: last strength test of the summer

Note that we will start roller skiing on Saturday (Sept. 19) after the road relay. We will start our Monday practices in October.
