Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend.

For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts:

Tuesday: roller skiing including specific strength. (Make sure to have your bike helmet and your fluorescent vest or t-shirt). If you need roller ski tips, come earlier to practice.

Wednesday: yoga from 4:00-5:00 in the wax room and strength technique with Sam Lindsey from 5:15-6:15 for the skiers born in 1999-98-97 in the race office.

Thursday: running and circuit training. 

Saturday-Sunday: training camp near Carcross (complete info will be sent on Monday).
