Training this week

Hello everyone, thank you for the great camp this weekend.

Here is the training for this week;

Tuesday: roller skiing with specific strength

Wednesday: yoga in the wax room from 4-5 pm and strength technique with Sam from 5:15-6:15 for the skiers born in 2000-2001

Thursday: running and circuit training in the race office
