Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed a great May long weekend.
For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts;
Tuesday: roller skiing including technique review with the video and specific strength
Wednesday: yoga from 4-5 pm and strength technique afterward with Sam and Ritchard in the Race Office for the skiers born in 2002.
Thursday: running followed by circuit training in the Race Office.
The following week we will be doing the Heakell Hill running test on the Tuesday and the strength test on the Thursday.
Our next training camp will be in Atlin from June 29 - July 3.
