Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend and managed to enjoyed yourself :-)
Here is the training schedule for the week:
Tuesday at 4 pm: running with circuit training in the Race Office
Wednesday from 4-5 pm: yoga with Jessica in the wax room. Bring your yoga mat.
Thursday at 4 pm: roller skiing with agility, video and specific strength.
Make sure to check the length of your roller ski poles. Ideal length for roller skiing poles in skating is 90 % of your height in centimetres.
Ex: if you are 180 cm tall, you need ~ 162 cm tall ski poles
