For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts:
Tuesday: running and circuit training
Wednesday: yoga from 4-5 pm
Thursday: roller skiing with agility drills, video and specific strength
The following week will be our first week of testing with the strength test on Tuesday and the running test on the Thursday.
