Training this week

Hello everyone, thank you for a wonderful training camp this weekend!

We will start roller skiing this Thursday so make sure to switch your baskets for your roller ski pole tips. If you can't find your RS tips, let me know.

Training schedule for the week:

Tuesday at 4 pm: Meet at the Race Office for a run and some circuit training.

PS. If you have some good music to share for the circuit training, put it on a memory stick for use during the workout :-)

Wednesday at 4 pm: Yoga in the Wax Room with Jessica

PS. Bring your yoga mat if you have one.

Thursday at 4 pm: roller skiing including ABC at EJ School and specific strength on the extension.
