Blue Squad Training

Hello everyone, thank you all for making the roller ski camp, productive, fun and enjoyable. It was great to see the progress achieved since we started roller skiing in May.

Here is the training schedule for the next three weeks. I will be away from training after this week as I will be on a family holiday for the first 3 weeks of August. There will be team training for the first two weeks of August but not for the week before school starts (Aug 14-16). Remember to plan each of your week.

Training Schedule:

Tuesday July 24 at 4 pm: Running test at Heckle Hill. Meet at 4.00 at the Gazebo.

Thursday July 26 at 4 pm: Running and circuit training. Meet at 4.00 at the Race Office.

Tuesday July 31 at 4 pm: Roller skiing including agility, balance and specific strength.

Thursday Aug. 2 at 4 pm: Running and circuit training. Meet at 4.00 at the Race Office.

Tuesday Aug. 7 at 4 pm: Roller skiing including agility, balance and specific strength.

Thursday Aug. 9 at 4 pm: Running and circuit training. Meet at 4.00 at the Race Office.

Tuesday and Thursday Aug. 14 and 16: No Team training

The next camp will take place on Aug 25 and 26.
