Hello everyone, Happy Canada Day and thank you for a great training camp in Atlin this past week. I hope you are all recovering well this weekend.
For team training this week, we will do the following workouts in practice:
Tuesday at 4 pm: roller skiing with agility and speed work and video at the school followed by specific strength on the HB Extension.
Thursday at 4 pm: running followed by circuit training in the race office.

Our next camp will be from July 20-22 on the Haines Road.
Our next strength test will be on July 19th and our next running test will be on July 24.
