Training this week

I hope everyone enjoyed a good long weekend.

For training this week, we will be doing the following workouts. Please note that we are going to start plyometrics on Tuesday, do running or ski intensity on Thursday and now roller ski on Saturday. Please find the details for this week.

Tuesday Sept. 4th at 4.00 pm at the Race Office: running followed by plyometrics on Telemark Hill.

Thursday Sept. 6th at 4.00 pm at the Race Office: running including intensity running with poles.

Saturday Sept. 8: no team practice because of the Klondike Road Relay this weekend.

-Upcoming events in September: duathlon race with roller skiing and running on September 20th

- Last Heckle Hill run of the season.
