Here is the training for the week:
Monday at 4 pm: ski in skating and do some speed work as a group.
Tuesday at 4 pm: ski in classic and do some double polling work. All Squad Christmas party from 5:45 to 7:00 pm. See note below.
Thursday at 4 pm: ski in classic and do some intensity.
Saturday at 11:00 am: Blue Squad Christmas fun activity (details to be announced in mid-week)

This is a reminder that the CCY annual holiday celebration is coming up on Tuesday Dec 18 (5:45-7 pm) in the Grey Mountain Room (upstairs from the Chalet at the Mt Mac Center).
It would be great if each family could bring a 
dessert to share with others. It’s a highlight for sure and enjoyed by kids and parents alike!
Please bring your desserts when you come, as limited storage in chalet fridge.
FOR THOSE WITH NUT ALLERGIES, Please try to avoid nuts OR clearly label that your dessert has nuts.

Squad Rep Committee
The Team in Canmore competed in its last race today which was a mass start classic race for everyone.
All the senior and junior male skiers competed in a 30 km competition with a common start which was a first at these trials as in the past, junior and senior skiers usually competed in different distances. This made for a large field for the male with 86 skiers starting together. A similar scenario took place for the women with 71 skiers in the grid at the start competing on a 15 km distance.
It was another good day for the Yukon skiers. Here is a summary of the results from Today:
