Training this week

Hello everyone, I hope your studying is going well and you are all looking forward to the end of this school semester. Good luck with your final exams this week.

Here is the schedule for this week:

- Monday at 4.00: ski in classic, look at a video and talk about herringbone technique and go do speed on the wall using the herringbone technique.

Tracey should be available for Sport Psychology from 4-6 on Monday, I will confirm tomorrow and I will have the schedule posted on the white board in the wax room.

- Tuesday at 4.00: ski in skating, talk about good technique transitions and go do speed on the Yukon Championships race course loop (3.75 km). Prepare skate race skis at the end of practice (5:30-6:00) for the time trial on Wednesday.

-Wednesday at 4.00: warm up and do a time trial in skating on the 3.75 km Yukon Championships race course. This is a backup race in case of another race postponement on January 19th.

- Thursday at 4.00: ski in skating and work on relay exchange/team spring exchanges in the ski stadium.

- Saturday at 11.00: Yukon Championships race or regular team practice based on temperatures.
