Hello everyone, here is the training schedule for this week (Sept. 19-24);
Monday 4 pm: running and circuit training in the Race Office
Tuesday 4 pm: running and plyometrics on Telemark Hill (meet at Race Office)
Thursday 4 pm: Heakell Hill Test, meet in the parking lot at Jct of the Mine Haul Rd. and Fish Lake Rd.
Saturday 11 am: roller skiing with specific strength (meet at Race Office)
