Training This Week (Sept 6 and Sept 8)

Hello everyone, I hope you are all enjoying a great Labor Day Weekend. This week, we will do the following for training;

Tuesday Sept 6: running and circuit Training

Thursday Sept 8: roller skiing with specific strength

Saturday Sept 10: road relay for those of you participating

Please note that the week after the road relay, we will also start team practices on Monday and Saturday.
