Training schedule for this week (Sept 26 to Oct. 3 )


Hello everyone, here is the training schedule for this week (Sept. 26-Oct. 3); 
Monday 4 pm: running and strength testing in the Race Office
Tuesday 4 pm: running and plyometrics on Telemark Hill (meet at Race Office) Parent and athlete meeting at 5:30 pm in wax room to review selection criteria
Thursday 4 pm: running with intensity with poles
Saturday 11 am: roller skiing with specific strength (meet at Race Office) if Hamilton Blvd still under construction, we may run instead.
This week is also the deadline to order race suit.
